Great day today.....had a closing...showed 8 houses and received a call to list a property in Fort Myers. The person called me due to my new designation as a Certified Distressed Property Expert. Glad I took that class. Hopefully I will be able to help many struggling homeowners.

Headed to the office for weekly meeting then off to preview some homes for clients.

Working on setting up my CDPE website. I should have it up and running tonight.
